Implantable Devices
At Tahoe Family Hearing Clinic, we are devoted to helping you achieve better hearing. If you have significant hearing loss, then you may benefit from a cochlear implant. Bone-conduction devices and implants are available for those who have a good auditory nerve, but poor acoustic transmission of sound; whether from birth defect, physical injury, damaged middle-ear bones, or chronic ear infections.
Our audiologist will help you determine what hearing solution will be best for you or your child and guide you through the entire process. We work with the most advanced implantable devices, all of which can help you with your hearing.
